When you book, you’ll receive an email with a magic link to access your private client portal. This portal serves as your central hub for the entire Website Intensive—you’ll use it to complete your prep tasks, review updates, and track milestones all in one secure place, with no passwords required.

Yes! The total investment is $2,500. Your investment will be split into two payments of $1,250.

Tuesday Evening: The Reveal

At the end of the day on Tuesday, you’ll receive a full video walk-through of your new site. You can review the design and note any changes you’d like to request.

Wednesday: Revisions & Refinement

• 11:00 AM EST: We’ll connect via portal chat or Google Meet for a 30-minute live sync to discuss your feedback and clear up any questions.

• 4:00 PM EST: Final deadline to submit all written revision requests.

Note: All revisions must be submitted in writing. Our 30-minute chat is designed to talk through and clarify your written feedback. If you can’t make the live chat, simply ensure your written list is sent in on time.

*For Squarespace builds, you will also receive an invitation to access your site platform on Wednesday.

Your site can be built on either Squarespace or WordPress (self-hosted), depending on your business needs.

• Squarespace: Great for an all-in-one, low-maintenance platform. I’ll start the build directly on my developer account so you don’t have to worry about adding me as a user or setting up hosting ahead of time. Once the design is ready, I’ll transfer full site ownership over to you, which automatically unlocks a 10% discount on your first annual plan through my Squarespace Circle partnership!
  
  
• WordPress: Ideal for custom flexibility. I recommend setting up the Hostinger Business Plan (12-month tier), which comes with a free domain for a year. You can use my exclusive referral link to save 20% off your initial setup. 
  
  
• When going with WordPress, we will use Breakdance to build out the website. You will have to pay a $99 per year cost for a license.

Note: Domain, hosting, and plugin fees are outside the scope of this website intensive package and are the responsibility of the client to pay for.

We connect through our portal chat—a simple, real-time messaging app—specifically during our Wednesday feedback window for fast, real-time messaging as we fine-tune your site. Yes. Because this intensive focuses entirely on strategic web design and build, you will need core brand identity assets in place—specifically a logo, color palette, and typography. If you don’t have established branding yet, let us know! We can discuss adding a brand identity package to your project prior to your website week.

You will need to provide the text for your pages, but you won’t have to start from a blank page! We provide a DIY Website Copywriting Guide with page structures and strategic prompts to guide you through drafting your site content. If you prefer to hire a professional copywriter instead, you are welcome to work with one before your design week begins.

We know how busy running a business is, which is why this intensive requires minimal live time. Aside from our Wednesday revision window, all your prep work happens at your own pace before your design week is officially scheduled. If an unexpected delay comes up or you need to reschedule your design week, just reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss your options and find a new date.
